Eligibility for Connecticut patients
Connecticut maintains a fixed list of qualifying debilitating conditions published by the Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) — 42 conditions for adults and 11 for minors. Providers cannot certify conditions outside these lists.
Fixed condition list
Unlike New York, Connecticut requires your condition to appear on the state's published qualifying list. There are 42 qualifying conditions for adults and 11 for minors. A BuddMD physician cannot certify a condition that isn't on the current DCP list.
