Complete payment
Pay securely online before your visit, or after intake if review is needed.
Telemedicine evaluation
Complete your evaluation remotely. No office visit required.
Certification if clinically appropriate
New York: Your certificate is emailed to you. You are automatically registered with the NY Medical Cannabis Program upon certification — no separate state application or card needed.
Connecticut: Your certification is entered into the state's online system. The state then emails you to complete your registration with the CT Department of Consumer Protection.
Physician-led telemedicine
Your certification visit is reviewed by a licensed physician through a structured telemedicine process.
